
Dark Chocolate Fondue with Orange & Sea Salt

Chocolate fondue gets a surprising twist with the fresh taste of orange and a hint of sea salt. Enjoy long dipping sessions with fresh fruit, marshmallows and luscious brownie for a relaxed and festive dessert.

Ingredients
- 200 gdark chocolate — 70%
- 100 gmilk chocolate
- 200 mlwhipped cream
- 1orange
- 1 tspvanilla extract
- sea salt — small pinch, fine
- 250 gstrawberries
- 2bananas
- 1Conference pear
- 250 gfresh pineapple
- 100 gmarshmallows
- 200 gbrownie
Method

Break both types of chocolate into small pieces.

Grate about 1 tsp of orange zest from the orange.

If necessary, cut strawberries in half, banana into thick slices, pear into wedges and pineapple into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the brownie into cubes of approximately 3 cm.

Heat the whipped cream over low heat without letting it boil.

Remove the pan from the heat, add the chocolate and let stand for 1 minute.

Stir gently until a completely smooth chocolate fondue is formed.

Stir in the orange zest, vanilla extract and a small pinch of sea salt.

Pour into a fondue pot and keep warm over very low heat. Do not boil.

Serve with strawberries, banana, Conference pear, pineapple, marshmallows and brownie.
