
Baked Gnocchi with Mushrooms, Spinach & Sage

This oven dish combines soft gnocchi with chestnut mushrooms, spinach, and crispy sage. In just half an hour, you can serve a warm meal full of rich flavours and convenience.

Ingredients
- 400 ggnocchi — fresh
- 250 gchestnut mushrooms
- 150 gspinach — fresh
- 1red onion — small
- 1 clovegarlic
- 100 mlcooking cream
- 25 gParmesan cheese
- 1½ tbspolive oil
- 8 leavessage — fresh
- ½ tspsea salt — fine
- ¼ tspblack pepper — freshly ground
Method

Preheat the oven to 210 °C.

Slice the mushrooms and cut the red onion into thin half-rings. Finely chop the garlic.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the mushrooms and red onion for 4–5 minutes over high heat.

Add the garlic and spinach and cook briefly until the spinach has just wilted.

Add the cooking cream, salt, and black pepper and stir briefly.

Place the fresh gnocchi in an oven dish and stir in the mushroom-spinach mixture.

Grate the Parmesan cheese over it.

Mix the sage leaves with the remaining ½ tbsp olive oil and distribute them over the gnocchi.

Bake for 15–18 minutes in the oven, until the gnocchi is cooked and lightly golden brown on top.

Let the dish rest for about 2 minutes before serving.
