
Warm Apple & Blueberry Crumble with Dark Chocolate & Pecans

This warm crumble brings together apples, blueberries, and dark chocolate in a crispy dish with a nutty bite. A comforting dessert to share, fresh from the oven.

Ingredients
- 500 gapples
- 200 gblueberries
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 1 tspvanilla extract
- 1 tspcinnamon
- 1 tbspmaple syrup
- 1 tbspcornflour
- 80 goats
- 70 gflour
- 60 gpecans
- 70 gvegetable butter — cold
- 50 gsoft brown sugar
- 75 gdark vegan chocolate — minimum 70%
- ½ tspcinnamon
- fine sea salt — pinch
Method

Preheat the oven to 190 °C top and bottom heat.

Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut into cubes of approximately 1½ cm.

Mix apple, blueberries, lemon juice, vanilla extract, 1 tsp cinnamon, maple syrup, and cornflour.

Spread the fruit over an oven dish of approximately 20 × 25 cm.

Coarsely chop the pecans and dark chocolate.

Mix oats, flour, soft brown sugar, pecans, ½ tsp cinnamon, and sea salt.

Rub in the cold vegetable butter until a coarse crumble forms.

Mix 50 g of dark chocolate into the crumble.

Loosely spread the crumble over the fruit.

Bake for 25–30 minutes until the crumble is golden brown and crispy and the fruit is gently bubbling.

Immediately after baking, sprinkle the remaining 25 g of dark chocolate over the crumble.
