Start your morning right with this warm apple crumble, packed with crunchy pecans and fragrant cinnamon. Delicious straight from the oven and easy to make for the whole family.

Ingredients
- 3Elstar apples — medium-sized
- 1 tspcinnamon
- 75 goats
- 100 gspelt flour
- 75 gcoconut oil
- 50 gpecans
- 2 tbsphoney
- 1 tspvanilla extract
- ¼ tspfine sea salt

Preheat the oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat.

Roughly chop the pecans. In a bowl, mix the oats, spelt flour, pecans, ½ tsp cinnamon, and sea salt.

Melt the coconut oil over low heat. Add the melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Mix with a fork, then briefly with your fingers until large, loose crumbs form.

Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut the apples into small cubes. Mix the apple cubes with the remaining ½ tsp cinnamon.

Spread the apple over a medium-sized oven dish. Loosely distribute the crumble mixture over the apples and do not press down the crumble.

Bake the apple crumble for 20–25 minutes in the middle of the oven, until the apples are soft and the crumble is golden brown and crispy.

After baking, let the apple crumble stand for about 5 minutes and serve warm.
